Elite Core Technologies LLC ("we," "us," "our") is an independent online retailer. We purchase and resell genuine, factory-sealed printers manufactured by third parties. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by HP Inc., Canon Inc., Brother Industries Ltd., Seiko Epson Corporation, or any other printer manufacturer.

Trademark use

Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site — including HP®, Canon®, Brother®, and Epson® — are the property of their respective trademark owners. They are used on this site solely to identify and describe the genuine products we sell (nominative fair use), not to suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or an official business relationship. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

No paid support or repair services

We do not offer paid technical support, troubleshooting, repair, or remote assistance services of any kind, and we do not charge for setup help. The free setup and driver-download information on our Setup Resources page is provided as a courtesy for reference only. For hardware faults, defects, or warranty service, contact the manufacturer directly using the documentation included with your printer.

Manufacturer warranties

Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored by the manufacturer directly, not by Elite Core Technologies LLC. Please refer to the warranty card or documentation included with your printer for manufacturer contact details.
