  1. Turn on your printer. Make sure it's not connected via USB.
  2. On the printer's panel, press the Wireless or WiFi button.
  3. Go to Settings โ†’ Wireless Setup Wizard.
  4. Select your WiFi network name (SSID) from the list.
  5. Enter your WiFi password using the keypad or touchscreen.
  6. Wait for the WiFi light to turn solid blue or green.
  7. Print a Wireless Test Report to confirm the connection.

Method 2: WPS Button (no password needed)

  1. Check that your router has a WPS button.
  2. On your printer, go to Settings โ†’ Wireless โ†’ WPS.
  3. Select Push Button method.
  4. Within 2 minutes, press the WPS button on your router.
  5. The printer connects automatically once the WiFi light turns solid.

Common WiFi Issues

Can't find the network

Most printers only support 2.4GHz WiFi, not 5GHz. Check what band your router is broadcasting.

Password not accepted

Passwords are case-sensitive. Try the WPS method instead to skip typing it.

Connected but can't print

Make sure your computer is on the same WiFi network, and try disabling any VPN.

WiFi light blinking

The printer is searching but not connected. Restart both printer and router, then retry.

Printer Drivers โ€” Download Safely

Only download drivers from official manufacturer websites

Safety note: Many fake "printer driver" sites exist and install malware. Only use the official links below. If a website asks you to call a phone number to install a driver, close it โ€” that's a common scam pattern, not a real support step.
