You can return most unopened or defective printers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. Defective items are accepted regardless of packaging condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Beyond our 30-day return window, hardware issues are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service.
